Because we’re a small business with a special selection of limited pieces, refunds are not possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

To receive a shop credit or exchange within 30 days of your item’s delivery, we make things pretty simple by laying out 2 shop rules...

  1. Item is sent back in the condition it was sent to you in (unworn, unaltered, tags attached with the hanger, and without cologne, pet or smoke odor)

  2. You include your invoice in the package so we can get your exchange or shop credit to you as quickly as possible

For any item marked down 50% or more, we do not offer shop credits or exchanges. These items are considered a final sale and we do our due diligence to let you know that before you hit the submit button on your order. 

If your package says delivered but it is nowhere to be found, please contact the currier you selected.

Tailored Detroit has the ability to refuse any exchange or shop credit request due to the timeframe from the date of your delivery or the condition in which your item came back to us in. Items shipped back to us that are not eligible for shop credits or exchanges will be shipped back to you.
